I feel pretty good about the fact that I only very rarely have this problem.
I can usually sleep anywhere, anytime, under most conditions, and have never met a nap I didn’t like. I appreciate and respect the fact that adequate sleep is an absolutely necessary part of good overall health, so I make sure that I get enough no matter what the circumstances. But I know that may be much easier said than done for a lot of people, and there are those times when I’ve stared at the ceiling well into the wee hours of the morning.
